Ding is a global TMT investor with two decades of experience in technology investments across various stages and markets, including North America, Asia, and Europe. 

Prior to founding Joffre Capital, Mr Fei was at at Warburg Pincus where he led growth-stage TMT investments in China and Southeast Asia.  Prior to that, he worked at NEA in Silicon Valley, investing in both the U.S. and Greater China. He began his career at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Fei currently serves as Chairman of Investing.com, the world's largest online destination for retail investors, and Coins.ph, Southeast Asia’s first blockchain-native regulated fintech company. He previously served as Vice Chairman of Grindr (GRND) and held board positions at Gojek (GOTO.JK) and NIO (NIO). His past investments include Playdom (acquired by Disney), Opera (OPRA), Kuaishou (1024.HK), and Trax. Additionally, he is a Venture Partner at SoftBank Ventures Asia.

Mr. Fei holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College.
