Ding is a global TMT investor with over 17 years of technology investment experience across stages and spanning North America, Asia and Europe. 

Prior to founding Joffre Capital, Mr Fei was at at Warburg Pincus where he led growth-stage TMT investments in China and Southeast Asia.  Previously, he was at NEA in Silicon Valley investing in both US and Greater China. Mr. Fei began his career at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Fei currently serves as Chairman for Investing.com, the world’s largest online destination for retail investors, and Coins.ph, Southeast Asia’s first blockchain native regulated fintech company. He previously served on the Board of Grindr (GRND) as a Vice-chairman, Gojek (GOTO.JK) and NIO (NIO). His other past investments include Playdom (Acquired by Disney), Opera (OPRA), Kuaishou (1024.HK) and Trax.  He also serves as a Venture Partner at Softbank Ventures Asia.

Mr. Fei received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College.
